Dragon Energy Training Program Day by Day 

GUIDED BREATHING VISUALIZATION

When: We suggest you do your guided breathing visualization first thing in the morning and once again before you go to bed at night.

What: One of the most profound and instantaneous ways to experience this Energy is through guided visualization exercises. Not to be confused with meditation, this ancient practice will guide you to a connection to this Energy you can use immediately in your life.

How: Find a nice quiet spot to sit or lay down. Relax and listen to the audio.

ENERGY PHYSICAL EXERCISE

When: We suggest you practice your energy physical exercises in the morning after you complete your guided breathing visualization and throughout the day when you start to feel overwhelmed and need a bit of a pick-me-up.

What: This physical exercise is quick and easy to do. It’s often confused with Tai Chi, yoga, and other modalities but it is NOT. You don’t need to believe anything to use this Energy. Just try it and see your results soar!

ENERGY MENTAL EXERCISE

When: We suggest you practice your Energy Mental Exercises in the morning after you complete your Energy Physical Exercise. And then do this exercise again and again throughout your day.

What: This is a quick and easy tool that may seem simple and even a little weird, but it’s derived from powerful ancient Chinese traditions. Dr. Morguelan has simplified it, to make it easy for you to use in everyday life. Even though the exercise may appear simple, it is a key to your connecting and staying connected to this Energy.

ENERGY GOAL WRITING

When: Write your goals after you complete your morning exercises.

What: What is the difference between a goal and a wish? Commitment! Creating successes with your goals requires a commitment. The goal writing techniques most people have learned may be related to creating big goals at New Year’s or during an annual planning exercise and then take the rest of the year to try to make them happen. That doesn’t go well for most people. The goal writing technique I teach allows you to take advantage of the way the universe and this earth are designed—to ensure that minute by minute, you direct your life and achieve success. You don’t have to wait, or struggle, or push—by writing goals in the way I teach, and in combination with the other tools I give you, you achieve success faster and daily! 

How: Write goals very specifically and take small actions towards these goals. By doing this you start noticing wins and success because you start building momentum with every step you take.
